The Brief:

 

One of our first projects was to convert an existing barn into a small dwelling on a very tight budget.

 

The Works:

Creation of large kitchen with existing beams and flagstones, introduction of an oak mezzanine, conversion of hay loft to form master bedroom and formation of a downstairs bathroom with original cobbled stone floor.
