The Project: Bridge Farm saw the demolition of existing cowsheds and the building of three inter-connected modern, spacious and light office spaces using traditional materials.
Once demolision was complete we were left with only the rear wall to work from. Works therefore included stonework, using original stone sourced from the site, an oak-framed facade and trussed roof supplied and fitted by local firm The Timber Frame Company. Windows and doors were from 'Windows of Wood' and the roof was tiled using reclaimed clay double romans.
Internally there are three offices and two service areas. The floor finish is waxed, power-floated concrete which provides a slight industrial feel. The building is heated by a Biomass boiler supplied and fitted by our sister company, Navitas SHS Ltd.
